Our plumbing is to the highest of standards, with all work done under the supervision of licensed plumber. We also have up to date working knowledge of the latest SANS National Building Regulations.
Mr Plumber’s Services include the installation and repairs of:

We install and repair electric geysers
We are on the Electrolux / Kwikot service panel and can assist with warranty claims.
Under Counter/Instant Boiler
We install and service kitchen sink under counter geysers, and Kwikboil instant boiler units
Water Taps
We service and replace any kind of tap.
Water Pipes
We replace, repair and even re-route water supply and waste pipes.
We work on the following pipes:
- 8mm – 250mm,
- Copper, Composite, Poly Cop, PVC, HDPE, etc
- We strive to only use SABS approved materials
Unblocking Drains
We unblock drains for residential & commercials properties.
We can accurately pinpoint the problem/origin of the blockage by combining our experience and technology such as camera inspections.

Water Leak Detection
A trained water leak detector can save you a lot of money in high municipal bills, due to water running unseen to waste.
Today every drop counts!!
By using state-of-the-art technology – Mr Plumber can 9 out of 10 times pinpoint the location of a concealed burst supply pipe, and break open only where is absolutely necessary.
These technologies include:
- Acoustic
- Sniffer gas
- Thermal imaging
- Dye testing for leaking waste outlet pipes

It is truly very sad having to break open a recently renovated kitchen or bathroom’s walls or floor in order to access and repair a leak, supply or waste pipe, only to hear that the owners do not have spare tiles available. Insurance companies only pay for the repairs of the affected damaged area – not the whole wall or floor. Our building team then has to source “as closely matching” replacement tiles for the 'prep damage repairs'.

Solar & Gas
Solar & Gas Heating solutions may have a higher capital outlay, but in the long term it save a lot of money, not to mention full or partial independence from Eskom.
Solar
We install and repair all types of solar geyser installations – high or low pressure systems.
Our solar installation of choice is a thermosyphon system – which can operate without electricity or solar pumps.
A pumped solar installation has various electrical components that malfunction easily. It is also not so electricity efficient.
The position of the solar installation is important. The evacuated tubes / flat plates should face North or North West for optimal solar heating.
Note that solar water heating still need electric or gas backup during winter times.
Gas Water heating
Gas geysers have evolved significantly from the 80’s and is now a very efficient, safe and cost-effective heating solution.
Make sure that your gas installation is done by a licensed installer. Installers must be licensed by SAQCC (South African Qualification and Certifications Committee).
